This is a classic Echeveria variety but with a twist!, This one has a neat mutation called fasciation or 'cresting', in which the plant can't figure out it's normal growing pattern and ends up with this fan-like stem structure, losing the typical rosette growth pattern. They look super interesting!
Make sure you allow these plants 8-10 hours of bright indirect or 6 hours of direct light every day to prevent etiolation (stretching towards the sun). Very low water. Only water when lower leaves feel soft and appear wrinkly, or plant may rot at base.
