12” Philodendron New Red w/Trellis

Another gorgeous member of the philo-fam! This philodendron boasts beautiful red stems and dark green foliage. These plants would do best if given support to climb. 

There is not much known about this variety of philodendron, although it is a cultivar of P. erubescens and is thought to be native to South America. 

Bright indirect light, allow soil to dry between watering (allowing to dry a little more during the winter months between thorough watering). Be sure this plant (and all philodendron) is able to drain fully after watering to avoid root rot. Standing water is bad news for these gorgeous plants.
