IN-STORE SHOPPING
We are open for in-store shopping at 387 Water Street, in downtown Peterborough, Ontario. Our current capacity is 3 people at a time. Kids are always welcome and don't count toward our capacity.
ORDERING ONLINE FOR DELIVERY + PICKUP
You will be able to choose either delivery or pickup from your cart page.
For pickups, you will get an email letting you know when your order is ready to be picked up downtown. If you're not able to pickup within 3 business days, let us know.
For deliveries, you will get an email letting you know the day your order will arrive. Our timeline for deliveries is within 5 business days (usually much sooner!)
We deliver to a large area around Peterborough and you can click here to see our map.
Deliveries and pickups are packed at our warehouse.
CHECKOUT + PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Credit Card + PayPal: Enter all your details and you're set!
- e-Transfer: Choose the e-Transfer option at checkout and you'll see additional info to complete your payment. Our e-Transfer email is hello@plantgoals.ca and does not require a password. Please complete your payment within an hour to hold your order.
- To pay for ALL or PART of your order with a Gift Card or Boro Gift Card: Do not use the Express Pay options at checkout. Enter your account and address info first, then move forward to the payment section. Choose the Gift Card or Boro Gift Card from the options. Do not enter the Gift Card number on our site, it will not work.
VIEWING YOUR ORDER HISTORY
You can check your order history via your account. Sign in or create an account using the same email you entered at checkout to see all of your orders.

What is the Plant Goals VIP Membership?
In this case, the VIP stands for Very Into Plants! Which I think you just might be ;) This is a perks membership that gets you discounts and special offers from our store, both in-store and online.
How do I become a VIP?

How much does the membership cost?
Your VIP access is $9/month or you can choose to pay ahead and save with $24/quarterly and $60/yearly memberships.
What do I get?

- FREE delivery (inside Zones 1, 2, and 3)
- Early access to sale events (excluding flash sales)

How do I get my 15% discount?
Members have access to an exclusive discount code. Enter VIP at checkout in the discount code area and your 15% off will be applied. You must be logged in. If you are not logged in, you will see an error message prompting you to do so.
If you haven't already created an account, you can do this at checkout or by clicking here and making an account with the same email you used to order.
The 15% discount does not stack on other discount codes. Apply the highest discount if a sale is running.
How do I redeem my Goals AND use my member discount?
Use the VIP code at checkout to get your 15%, then send us an email with your Goals code and we will refund the amount of your reward. Our system won't allow two codes at once.
How do I get free delivery?
Check out as usual and send us an email to let us know. We will refund your delivery fees.
How do I use my discount in-store?
Just let our staff know your VIP account email when they're ringing up your order.
Does the membership autorenew?
Yes, you will be billed automatically and you can cancel at any time. You can access your membership information on your account page.
How do I get on the "Close Friends" list on Instagram for exclusive content?
Send us a DM on Instagram with your VIP email to confirm your account and we'll get you added!
What payment types can I use for my subscription?
Due to the nature of the recurring payments, our system will only accept card payment for this option. If you'd like to purchase a membership using PayPal, Gift Card, or e-Transfer, please email hello@plantgoals.ca and we will put together a custom one-time order for you.
Can I give a membership as a gift?

- As a member of our loyalty program, you will earn 10 Goals for every $1 spent at our shop.

To join, all you have to do is sign up for an account on our site! If you have an account, you are automatically a member.
